I respect having somewhere to live even though its not ideal. Sometimes we have to humble down our lives to appreciate at least having a place to stay. The building is of low quality so if your desperate and meet the requirements its still better living in a hotel, with family your tired of, or on the streets.

Management took my application fee for a rental on this building and never did anything. they never contacted my work reference. they never did a background check. they never checks my references. they did nothing but take my money and hopefully they had a good lunch on the money. I would not recommend this building to anyone.........

My son moved out a month ago and still have not received his security deposit after he was told he would!! Do NOT move here unless you like getting ripped off!!!
