Nice and cozy Apartments
July 1, 2024This apartment is quiet and comfortable. It is well-managed, and the management team is professional and excellent. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The clean and tidy cafe offers a variety of free coffee, making it a cozy place to relax with my kids. There are fun events for kids, and the nearby schools, parks, and restaurants make life even better. The safe and pleasant surroundings are very satisfying. First Apartment.. Set the Bar High!
May 22, 2021This was my first apartment I've lived in, and I was really nervous from all of the typical warnings you hear about properties nickel and diming you, or maintanence issues never getting resolved.. this place was great. Not a single complaint. I had small leak under my sink that was dealt with same-day, as well as even received assistance from maintanence when I struggled to assemble a piece of furniture (which was definitely not something that is part of their job..) Very customer service ...oriented, and I never felt a bother to the staff.Property Manager Responded

This place is spotless, quiet, and even the coffee station is always meticulously filled. It feels like home. Brand new everything.. yes please!
May 13, 2020Beautiful new construction.. who doesn't love a brand new never-lived-in apartment?! Stainless appliances, awesome huge refrigerator, love the faux-wood flooring and backslash in the kitchen. The fitness center is quite impressive.. although not sure I'll use it myself.. haha. Nice, safe location.. living walking distance to 3-different grocery stores has been amazing. Staff has been great to work with.. overall--very happy!Review from Apartments.com
My new place!!
May 7, 2020I love this community because of the environment and an amazing view of mountains from the apartment. This place is very commuted to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager is a very kind and good person. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, So I put in a work order and they took care of it quickly came to check and understood the problem and within a couple of days got replaced with new refrigerator. Thanks to the manager to be so quick to solve the issue.Review from Apartments.com

January 10, 2020These guys are great! Been trying to get into the ARCH program for months. They put me on their list prior to opening and kept me updated every month.
