Is a wonderful complex with spacious, well maintained units. Management and maintenance are the best anywhere. Location is prime with pool and park like grounds on lakefront in very quiet complex and beautiful surrounding neighborhood. Walking to shops and charming cafes away from hustle and bustle of city. Very privelaged spot to call home and completely enjoy. We have one bedroom with lake view and have been perfectly content and lived very peacefully and happily here.

I've lived here for the past year , and it's been a wonderful place to call home. The location itself is beautiful being on Lake Washington waterfront, the landscaping is well maintained, a quiet mix of residents all ages, the apartments have been remodeled while maintaining their character, and a fantastic, responsive management.
