July 6, 2022Management is HORRIBLE no one communicates , property managers change like seasonal workers . Theirs only ONE maintenance worker for the whole apartments so expect to wait a long time to get ANYTHING DONE! don’t bother walking in your apartment if your not on the first floor , because if your neighbor below thinks your WALKING at 10am is to loud the office will CONSTANTLY give you notices about being quiet and not disturbing the peace your children will even have to tip toe ( my two year old had ...to ) ! But don’t bother smoke ALLL the weed you want they don’t care if it effects your kids health ! Let’s not forget they don’t mind giving you a notice that you have 3 days to pay your rent or move AFTER you’ve already paid it so be prepared to constantly send bank statements and better yet call your bank since they’ll probably accuse your bank of not sending it AFTER you show your statements! That’s happened to me ALOT they even tried telling me I was over a thousand behind MONTHS later . Remember no one in the office communicates so one might say something but you’ll hear something different from the other two ! This list can go on for a long time ! Please don’t bother here , and if your thinking ( just because it happened to her doesn’t mean it’ll happen to me) I thought the same prior to signing the lease the office more specifically Sasha was so nice ! DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TOWED
March 9, 2022I had someone attempt to break in when I first moved in. The weekend of mothers day, one of my vehicles broken into. A month later and the other TOWED out of the assigned parking spot. Not only did I not feel safe here, I was charged large fees for moving somewhere safe. BE READY TO HAVE YOUR WALLET EMPTIED. RENTER BEWARE-RENT ELSEWHERE.Review from Apartments.com
