I had the opportunity to work with Ashley throughout the last several weeks leading up to my move. Extremely responsive and always putting me at ease regarding any concerns. After a few hiccups on my move in date, John in maintenance has been amazing to jump on top of everything and has been the greatest experience I’ve had with any property maintenance. Only a few days into my lease and I’m so happy with my decision to make Edgewater my home!

Really nice neighborhood. Quality and lay out of the homes are amazing. The office and the maintenance team are very welcoming. Located in a very nice area, not too far from grocery stores and restaurants
