Smoking and Mold everywhere
March 2, 2017I recently rented a room in an upstairs unit at Cypress Cove with nice windows and a view of the jacuzzi. Even though the description of this property says "non smoking" people are smoking cigarettes and marijuana all the time. The jacuzzi is green with mold and no one uses it, even though it has stayed heated throughout the winter. There is mold growing in the roof or walls of the apartment I was renting and no one is addressing it. The woman who rented me the room says she doesn't smell ...anything and has lived there for 18 years. The property definitely needs upgrades and repair, especially for the amount of rent charged.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
