Welcoming Staff and Quick Turnaround on Work Orders
October 7, 2024My experience of living here for the last 2 years has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is welcoming and honest when it comes to pricing and expectations on when things will be resolved. When I invited a group of friends over to the Game room to watch the games, Karysn was nice enough to make sure we were having a good time. I appreciate the hospitality. I have not had many issues with my apartment, however, when my A/C went out, staff let me know at the very least they will install a ...portable AC unit in my room till it is fully fixed. Ultimately that was not necessary and the Maintenance crew was able to get it fixed in one day.Property Manager Responded
