Milano is a great community
December 5, 2025I had the pleasure of touring Milano with Cindy. She is very knowledgeable of the property, professional and friendly. She showed me a few different floor plans and guided me along the way. The location is excellent. Shady Business Practices
January 17, 2018DO NOT RENT HERE!!! There are plenty of other properties in this area that will not cheat you out of money! This property refused to refund me my holding deposit after only 1 day for an apartment that was not even ready to be rented yet. They staff screened my calls when I was trying to get an update on the cancellation. I called from the number they had on file several time throughout the week hoping someone would pick up. When no one did I immediately called from another number and Maria the ...office manager picked up. When I stated my name she seemed very shocked, because she had been ignoring my calls. They lied about the rental rate and the location of the apartment just so they could rent it and not have any vacancies when they closed out the year. Poor management
August 3, 2017These apartments are nice and my family and I liked them because of the amenities they have but the parking spaces are super small and no room to get out of your car. Management is not friendly and they keep changing management and it's frustrating because they all play catch up. So many things are broken within our apartment but they take forever to fix it. Honestly for the price we pay I would've thought it would be a better place to live at.Review from Apartments.com
Location is ideal!
May 4, 2017I have to give out a huge thank you to Frank and his Maintenance Team! I moved here in December and from to first time I met them all I did receive was excellent service. Although my move in was a bit bumpy I couldn't complain because Frank and his a Team bent over backwards and beyond to help me settle into my new apartment. Frank genuinely cares for his tenants. He responds immediately to all my service requests and I get service within 24 hours. I love the lush landscape and it remains fairly ...quiet. For one manager to attend to over 140 units on his own takes dedication and hard work. Thank you Frank. No loud music or party's. Its really a nice family community. If you land an upstairs apartment keep it. This property was built in 1988 so the walls are pretty thin. Keep your voices low or your neighbor can hear everything you say, especially in the bathroom. Yes there are garages so if you do rent a unit above a garage YOU will hear and feel the garage door open and close. We all have to tolerate some noise and I understand some people do work until late at night. Remember that you are renting a unit with hundreds of other people and common noises will always be a factor. There is a 10 PM noise rule and everyone here does a great job abiding by it. Poor new administration
August 29, 2016People are smoking weed and doing drugs but yet they don't do nothing about it. Maintance is bad. They take 3-4 weeks to just show up to your apartment. The new guy in office is lazy, forgets everything, doesn't look at you when he's talking to you. He just doesn't care. New management is bad. New management not so nice as the last
June 2, 2016I arranged for a "pre check" inspection before moving out. They had the main matenance man and the office manager come and inspect our apartment. They both said it was in great condition and I did not need to do anything. I told them to look at the pictures on file to see the condition of some things when I moved in. They did not do that at all. I called and showed up for no one to respond to me. Needless to say they took a lot of money from my deposit for an I tire cleaning and painting. ...I was only there for six months. The place was spotless. Very dishonest people telling me I should get it all back. Also several trees fell on this property and one totaled my car. They offered nothing and have yet to maintain those tress.
