Tried to charge us $3200 for moving out
March 3, 2021We had to move out of the complex because there is no access to the apartments without stairs, and due to a medical condition my wife could no longer walk up stairs. They told us we could terminate the contract early with no fees so we were very pleased with their understanding. Now they have gone back on their word and are trying to charge us $3200 in cancellation plus move out fees. We even filled the apartment for them with our friends moving in! This management will do whatever it takes to ...screw you over and do not have any type of understanding whatsoever. Not to mention how the cops were there literally every other day arresting someone for something. It’s in Carlsbad, but probably not the safest place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Experience!
April 30, 2019I walked into this leasing office without an appointment (spur of the moment thing while I was on a walk) and the leasing office staff was great. They greeted me and took the time to show me one of the town homes which was great since I didn't even have an appointment and don't even know for sure when I am moving. I saw what they called a "renovated town home" and it was beautiful. They have done a really nice job with the upgrades. No the best
March 30, 2019Not the best place. Us and most of the units moved when recently bought out. Apts are small with no storage, windows are bad let hot/cold air in.only little space heaters on the wall that don’t work good and are expensive to run which brings you to the point of the electric. Old wiring not good for modern day. Electric hasn’t been updated since units built back in the 80’s. If both roommates are getting ready at the same time you will blow a fuse as both bedrooms and bathrooms are on one fuse. ...Pool was always dirty and no dog park. August 10, 2015Nice complex, close to the village of Carlsbad and the beaches. Walkable 8-10 minutes or drivable 2-3 minutes. Close to the 5 making for an easy morning commute. The Complex is clean. Manager and maintenance are super helpful and easy to deal with. Washer dryer in the units no coins or cards! however small can't handle large loads and can be a little noisy, but not many apartments have washer dryers right in the unit. 2 bedroom town home with 2.5 baths makes for easy sharing with a roommate you ...know or would need to find. kitchen open to living room. Kitchen is spacious not high end but functional and clean. living room space is not massive but comfortable. small but nice balcony on the main level big enough for a grill and small table and 2 chair set. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony which is the only major difference between bedrooms. Both are similar sizes with bathrooms attached. 1/2 bath on main level right off kitchen so guests stay out of your bathrooms. Gated so buildings are secure. Pretty quiet building other tenants friendly, close to other complexes so you get some noise but nothing crazy. 1 assigned covered parking space plus unassigned uncovered available to tenants only. Pool and Jacuzzi clean simple not fancy, nice area to lay out and soak up the southern cal sun if you feel too lazy to walk down to the beaches. Grill and sitting area available to all tenants near pool. Rent price great for the area and the space you get compared to other complexes nearby .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
