Very bad experience

I had a very bad experience in that apartment.....it is not clean people keep throwing the furniture outside ....there was a sign that there is a camera but there is no camera .....they hired a man that he doesn't even speak English....my worst experience was with the manger...she raises her voice ...not down to earth ...I don't advice anybody to live in this apartment....there were many apartments at the same street.....I have never seen like this apartment I don't even give an agly star?
