Don’t be fooled
June 8, 2023Just moved out of this place. Multiple issues. Garage door was damaged for several months and there were homeless people sleeping there at night. Not safe and secure. Funky side of town near sketchy Dayton areas. For being a new building the hallways stink like dead fish. Not sure why. The cooking exhaust fans for every tenant just pours cooking fumes into the building and NOT to the outside. Building always wreaking of odors. They jack the rent every year so buyer beware.
