Very noisy, bad management

I really like our apartment because if the size. I'm in a wheelchair, so I appreciate the space. But as far as it's condition, one word, ugh. We've got leaks in the furnace room at least once a year (been here for 3 yrs). It leaked in there for 1 1/2 years before it was fixed the first time. The patio door, it leaks still, but the major leak, I'm talking buckets and towels along the door,, that took almost 2 years to get 'under control'. The kitchen and hallway floor, ugh. roll of duct tape 'fixing it. Yes, management knows about this. We've had leaks from the upstairs tub, the laundry room next door, and the main plumbing in the hallway, flood our apartment 3 or 4 times in 3 years. The family above us sends their small children out to take garbage to the bin, and they never make it. There's always garbage everywhere in the parking lot. And they're never made to pick up after their 3 or 4 dogs, that also bark round the clock. So if you're looking for a peaceful home, please, keep looking, because it's not here.
