      Management’s mistakes cost me over $1,000

      I live at this property, and it’s managed by Summit Management Services. In my experience, communication has been inconsistent and management has provided conflicting information and then failed to correct their own mistakes. Those errors have directly caused more than $1,000 in unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses for me. I have repeatedly escalated this to management and requested they correct the errors and make things right, but they have not provided a reasonable resolution. Based on this ...
