I'm sure this place is a potentially nice place to live. However, just upon calling the place to ask what availability they have for a three bedroom today was an interesting and unique experience for sure. The lady, sounded surprised and appalled that I would ask if there was any availability, and if she knew when potential available apartments would arise. Instead of doing what anyone with a decent set of customer service skills would do, example being: Oh, I'm sorry I don't know right now, ...
however we may have people submitting their lease renewals or vacancies during x month. Instead, I got a "no, why would we have that available?" and when asked if she knew anything further she responded "no, you will have to call back in a month or something". No.. I dont' have to call back, nor will I. If some self entitled person thinks its OK to just dismiss me, just cause you have no vacancies, you would be very wrong. You will find that you won't have a job much longer once your superiors understand what you are doing. It's very unfortunate, especially since I won't be doing business with venture capital LLC since this is clearly the kind of people they invest in. Yikes.

It's a nice place and just at the back of commercial areas, where we are close to establishment we need to visit once in a while. Its a clean and a quiet place with low rent, free water and garbage fee
