Leasing office no response
May 16, 2024I acknowledge that this is a new property, and it's undeniably beautiful. I've been trying to reach Elevate on Vineyard since Monday, May 13th, regarding our rental application submitted on Thursday, May 9th. Despite emailing them on Wednesday, May 15th, and attempting to call the leasing office 25 times using various numbers found online, as well as messaging them on Facebook Messenger, I've received no response. We're relocating from Texas and unable to visit in person, making it crucial to ...receive updates. Our scheduled move-in date is this month, but the lack of communication is highly inconvenient and unprofessional, especially for those relocating for work.
