Great Property and Staff
April 18, 2019I love living at Elevation on Post. The maintenance team at Elevation is amazing. They are very attentive to the condition of the units, and always go above and beyond. I've asked them to tighten the hinge on a loose kitchen cabinet before, and they didn't leave until they checked and tightened all of our cabinets. We were having trouble with our washing machine, and while the maintenance supervisor was here to finish fixing it up, he tightened the loose bolts on my laundry hamper cart. They are ...such good people who really care about the residents and their overall happiness at the property. The management is always super friendly, and throws awesome events for the residents, usually FREE FOOD. Pest control is free and comes every Tuesday, you just have to go sign up in the office, but I haven't had any problems with bugs.Property Manager Responded

The Chillest Apartments on Post Rd.
November 9, 2018They have free Starbucks coffee in the office. There are lots of contests for free stuff. They also like to give out free pizza to residents often. Anytime I have a problem the employee staff is polite and helpful. They even remember your name. Have bad credit? They'll work with you to let you know what your options are.Review from Apartments.com
It's long but dear god please read it before deciding to live here, and if you're a lawyer find a way to contact me please
May 21, 2017Edit: [ bathroom wall is full of mold due to a hole in the wall that took them 3 months to fix. windows in both rooms still leak a torrent of water any time it rains and the water itself drains off the window sill to the outlet directly beneath it.... staff is largely useless when it comes to attempting to contact management or a higher authority. management is almost never here coming in late and leaving early(unless of course its poker night or a 'block' party)!!!! the wood beneath the tub is ...completely rotted out and there is almost no sealant left around the base. the tub itself has cracks in the bottom of it that they have spray on enameled twice and are attempting to do so again as opposed to just replacing it the toilet constantly leaks the sealant there is also broken and the bolts that are supposed to hold it in place are so far beyond rusted that i am honestly surprised they haven't turned to dust entirely. We have not had a working dishwasher for about 22 of the 23 months we have lived here and the last time it was "fixed" they broke something else which required the hot water to be turned off in the kitchen for 2 weeks while they ordered the part and as of writing this it has now been an additional 2 weeks since they received it and failed to install it. due to the leak that was already going on the boards beneath the sink are completely rotted out and NOW infested with some kind of pest, YAY!!!! Thought we were done Surprise this isn't even the worst of it!!! A MONTH AGO, i informed the staff and maintenance that the electrical issues which have already existed for well over a year are now getting worse to the point that electricity is actually arching from the appliances and causing appliances to surge and or break. As you can see in my initial review below the electrical issues have been going on for awhile. I have requested that a licensed journeyman electrician come to inspect the issue and have gotten complete and utter silence from staff Not only is this not a great place to live with lazy and incompetent staff but it is actually dangerous to do so. if you have children, if you have pets, if you care for your own safety and or well being do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, ever ever ever ever give this place a chance just as a heads up the main office was recently completely renovated in such a way that it had to easily cost at least 10k, unless of course they didnt have someone with the proper license' do the work..... ]Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't live here.
September 9, 2016I recently moved in to these apartments about a month ago. First, let me start off with the first day we moved in. I couldn't even describe how bad it smelled on our FIRST day in our apartment. It reeked of paint thinner because the paint was barely drying. I had to open up all the windows and air it out all day before I could bare to move my stuff in. It was so bad I didn't even spend the night my first day I moved in. Second, the critters that I have encountered have made me so fed up with ...living here. From mice, roaches, spiders, scorpions.. Etc. We have told maintence but I don't understand if it's newly renovated why do I have to wake up in the middle of the night with bugs crawling on me or new bites every morning? Third, water. I have been unable to use my water for more than four days because they keep shutting it off. If I'm paying to live here I expect running water so I can shower, brush my teeth, wash dishes, flush my toilet or do laundry. Lastly, communication. I speak with one person one day about the problems I'm having in my apartment and they tell me to check back the next day. So I go back check on the status of my maintence order with another employee and they have no idea what I'm taking about. All I got was I'll check on that and let you know again. Nothing gets taken care of unless you're persistent with them and keep nagging at them to get something done.. Maintence is very nice and it's a nice apartment complex just needs to be better taken care of.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
They hid my review on Facebook so i'm posting it here.
January 16, 2016I lived here for a year before the changing of management, which changed twice during the time I was there, and it has been a learning experience. Elevation needs to work on communication, actually wanting to help their tenants. For example, we were moving out and the apartment we had been originally moving to fell through and that meant we wouldn't be able to move into our new place till the following month. We asked for a month extension on our lease and they refused. The apartment hadn't been ...sold yet but their reason was that it was already on the market( FYI we were never late on our rent and were good tenants). Also, Our water doubled when they took over, it's allocated water. We didn't start going crazy using water just because a new management company took over, but in their eyes it was our fault even though the building we were living in was notorious for leaks. Which we had water issues a lot. Toilet running, water dripping through the ceiling and a horrific water heater that I wouldn't be surprised if it damaged our Heath. My advice is if you move here is to get everything they say in writing or you won't have a good time. Other than that the apartment has a nice flow and is cute. There's parts of it I miss, the only thing that forced me to want to move was all the maintenance issues and the office staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Clever Review
July 22, 2015Here is where I write a quick, witty and entertaining review of my current residence. I live with my best friend and we keep things light. Three cats, crochet and embroidery. And we haven't even made it to our late thirties.Review from Apartments.com
A first apartment that reminds me of home
July 21, 2015Elevation on post is my first apartment ever. It is the key to parental freedom and the step towards adulthood. When we first moved in, there was a bumpy start.however management waived our pet deposit and gave us a hundred dollars off our rent to compensate for the unprepared apartment. The complex is quiet all day and night and I rarely see police cars driving in to assess a crime. Though maintenance could be better and some work on the pipes needs to be done. I'd say not entirely the worst ...place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
