Terrible
November 27, 2017I called Fireside Apartments today to try to set up an apartment viewing. The man who answered the phone (on the third try) was so incredibly rude. The first time I called he literally picked up the phone and then hung up. The second time it went to voicemail. The third time this guy picked up the phone and said “Um yes this is the third time you have called” and then he was so rude and didn’t even let me ask my questions, so I told him I would not be renting with him and he hung up the phone ...without saying bye or anything. It made me so mad, so I called back again and left a voicemail saying how unprofessional and rude he was and if he wanted any business at all he should reconsider his attitude. If this is the type of customer service I received while trying to set up an apartment viewing… I can not even imagine what it would be like to live there.
