  • office managers are terrible

    The people working in the office have been terrible from the time I moved in to now. They're incompetent and rude. I've had emails just completed ignored. They tell me one thing then change their mind. Terrible to deal with and totally unprofessional

  • What a disappointment

    Paramount properties is here to make money. They do not communicate or work with the tenants. Communication is non-existant unless you email 3-5 times. There is flooding, bed bugs and the amenities aren't available. No swimming pool, no hot tub, no sauna. These haven't been available for over 2 years. Please be mindful of this when you are looking at the building. I'm so disappointed in the management and Paramount Properties. I have asked - begged - for information or for them to do ...
