I've been a resident at Elk Ridge Apartments since at least 2013, and over the past decade I've seen steady improvement in the community. Much of that progress comes from the management team—Brenda, Rachel, and Milta. They've worked diligently to add a dog park, upgrade the mail room with security cameras, and maintain the grounds well, especially in recent years.

they've made a real effort to accommodate my needs. It's clear they care about the property.
There were challenges in earlier years, but the vast majority of the major issues have been addressed. I've looked at other options in the area over time, and the combination of pricing and apartment condition—particularly the wood-floor units with upgraded bathrooms—has been hard to match. I think most people who move in will have a good experience here.
