October 3, 2022I have been living here for 2 years and I really liked it in the beginning. Then I think they change administration or something, but it has been decreasing security, and maintenance, it takes forever for to something be repaired and has to be called that way they can come. The maintenance people are really nice. I understand is not their fault because I have noticed that they do not have the number of people that they used to have. The gate is always broken and takes forever for them to fix it. ...as an example right now the gate has been broken for more than a month and the management is not doing anything extra to have extra security in the place. I got robbed last night and I am sure is because anyone can access the complex because the security guy never stop the car to access it or is not at the gate. when I came here I remember where two security guys and they were 24/7 now they only have one guy and only at night. which does not make sense to have one. Because, while the guy is doing his round, no one is in front. My building is sinking and so far I haven't heard anything from anyone, plus they have a really bad problem with pests. I have a lot of roaches and I have reported and they do not mind. to put the cherry on top they have raised my rent for an amount that shocks anyone without improving anything in the complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Huge roach issue, bad customer service
August 1, 2020All they care about is collecting your money and they do a GREAT job. Management is horrible. Rent goes up every month. Appliances always stop working. Cats jump and scratch cars. Theft. Anything bad you can think of, you’ll experience it here.Review from Apartments.com
From my experience 08/2018
August 4, 2018The security is very poor, 5 thefts were happened yesterday. The management staff do not know how to treat the customers, they are very harsh. Also the manager always outside unlike the system always down if you need any information or inquiries. Today, they cut the water for more than 2 hours without any notice. The apartment inside is very good and the decoration is very fancy, also the room space is big. I will not recommend it for someone want to stay in a good apartment with quiet ...environment.Property Manager Responded

Disrespectful
December 3, 2017I've lived at this complex going on 6 months now and haven't had any issues until today when it came time to pay my rent. The Elle recently decided to stop accepting money orders. Personal checks and cashiers checks are now the only accepted methods of payment. I work and go to school, both full time. I haven't had an opportunity to have checks made and there's no establishment open that I can have a cashier's check made today, since it's now Sunday the 3rd. I left for work Friday morning before ...their office opened and didn't leave until after it was already closed. Same situation Saturday, but with school. When I called today to get the total with utilities I also asked the leasing consultant Shawn Williams for alternative methods in which I could pay my rent, since I can no longer run down the street to Kroger or a gas station for a money order. He basically said (I'm paraphrasing here), "Personal and cashiers checks are the only options to pay your rent. I have no idea where you can get either of those made on a Sunday. If your rent isn't in the drop box tomorrow morning there will be a $75 late fee added." I pay for school out of pocket. I don't have disposable income to spend on an excessive and ridiculous fee on top of my rent. One of the main reasons I chose this complex was because I knew money orders would be accepted, and since I can't just pay it online that option was the next most convenient one. The leasing consultant Shawn had no remorse or compassion or helpful suggestion. When I began trying to explain all of this to him he repeatedly cut me off, talked over me, and then refused to contact his supervisor before HANGING UP ON ME. I worked in the multi-family housing industry for three years. Customer service is so imperative when dealing with someone's home. And to my knowledge the property manager role is generally a 24/7 on call role regarding issues of this nature (I can recall several instances where I contacted mine while leasing alone on a Sunday). I feel incredibly disrespected by this person and intend to file a complaint on him with his immediate supervisor, as well as with the corporate office first thing tomorrow morning.Property Manager Responded
