The units aren't maintained regularly, they dont change flooring in between tenants. There's mold coming through the hardwood floor tiles, and through external walls. Units aren't always cleaned before a new tenant moves in. And expect your rent to go up $600-$800 every year.
Bring a shovel because even though they have plow drivers to clean the snow, they block in your cars so you will have a 2-4ft snow Bank in front of your car to shovel out.
The pool isn't heated and is cold all summer long, ...
the hot tub isn't great. And for the amount your paying for rent the facility should be in better condition.
They can't keep maintenance employees at all, the turn over rate is less than a year for maintenance employees. Everything you put a work order in expect a different person everytime.

Thank you for this opportunity to address your individual concerns. Please be assured that maintaining resident satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we strive to keep any rent increases as low as possible, and certainly not in the amount you have mentioned here. When residents do decide to move on, we always replace flooring when necessary. As for your community upkeep concerns, our pool is not heated, our most recent maintenance supervisor was a part of our team for several years, and we provide regular plowing services.
