Excellent community
November 15, 2024I have been a tenant since July of 2024 and from that first encounter until current I must say I am still very impressed with the the property as well as the staff that continue to go out of their way even after the move in. When first looking at Ellington back in late June I was really hoping for an apartment that was on the first floor but had a raised balcony that gives the feeling of being on the second floor however they are few. There was one at the time but by the time I looked at the ...one that was available and got back to the leasing office with Chris and Lauren to sign a lease for that apartment it had already been taken by someone who saw it on line. As a result I ended up with an apartment on the first floor with the deck at ground level. While I was very happy with that apartment both Chris and Lauren knew how disappointed I was at losing out on that apartment. They stated they would keep watching for one to come available. My though was that once I moved in that would not be the case but to my surprise they kept their word. Well last week one came available and they immediately contacted me and I went and looked at the apartment and signed the lease and notice to transfer and found myself moving in the next day. I continue to be so amazed at how much the staff at Ellington continue to care about their tenants long after they move in. I have also had great experience with getting any maintenance or repair issues handled promptly and efficiently. I can not say enough about Ellington Metro West and the staff the employee and most definitely Chris and Lauren. They deserve to be recognized! Well I am doing this review I might add that the grounds are so very well maintained. Ellington Metro West should be first choice for anyone looking at apartments. Perfect Apartment in the Perfect Location
February 13, 2024We have lived in this area for years, and have heard many things about Ellington Metro West, but the best part is we moved in directly after it was purchased by Berkshire. The team is incredibly helpful and the upgrades they have made to the property have been significant. Our favorite so far has been the new pool this past Summer. Our apartment is upgraded and provides a fantastic home to me and my family. Westborough is known for its schools, and Ellington is a great choice for anyone like us ...that does not want to change schools after selling our house.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2019It looks beautiful, but the management is horrendous. They are completely unresponsive - and when they finally do, they're rude, unhelpful, and impatient. DO NOT be swayed by the reviews over a year ago - the management company changed! Unless you like floods, mice, and unresponsive office staff. I had a flood from my upstairs neighbors come through my ceiling into my hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. for 6 weeks I had air movers, was walking on cement and wet carpet, and completely open ...ceilings/walls to the studs. AND they had the audacity to charge me $1100 in damages when I moved out for the CARPET? The same carpet that was flooded twice (once with the previous management, but they didn't want to hear it because it's was during the transition in ownership...) There is ZERO professionalism.
