Infested with Roaches / Transient Housing
March 6, 2024I moved in a month ago and have called either the non emergency line for Phoenix police or the landlord every other day. My apartment is infested with roaches since the day I moved in. In the first hour I got the keys I saw roaches inside of the bedroom. My upstairs neighbors are extremely unclean and their patio is full of clutter and trash. Additionally, I have seen at least 30 transients walk into their unit throughout the day and leave in the morning with sleeping bags and their gear. ...Besides sounding like a construction zone when I am sleeping, during normal hours there are people yelling and fighting. I go to work exhausted from getting no sleep due to all of the issues. The landlord has had my unit sprayed twice which did nothing and when they said they were going to do a larger than 2 min spray on my unit they never showed up. Additionally, items are thrown from the unit upstairs balcony into my patio which creates a physical hazard to my pet and I as well as my property. I have told my landlord about how unsafe these conditions are and they said they could not do anything. No security or anyone to contact after business hours. This is an extremely unsafe environment and regret moving here.Property Manager Responded

Buyer beware!
November 16, 2023A shady experience in our opinion. We were shown several apartments in various states from decent to totally defaced and in disrepair. We chose our unit, paid our $50 background and $200 deposit to hold the apartment. 10 days later we were informed that our "unit" needed more time to prepare and our move-in date was delayed. Then, the leasing office informed us our unit number was changed from our original choice to, you guessed it, the unit that was a complete disaster. Classic bait and switch. ...Imagine our surprise (not really) when, upon declining to move forward and sign a lease, we were informed our deposit was non-refundable. Despite back and forth emails it appears we can kiss our $200 goodbye. We definitely do not recommend as we feel totally deceived. Proceed with caution!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
