    Communication from the management team is abysmal. It takes weeks to reply and many reminders. The property is nice, I appreciate the landscaping coming consistently and taking care of the grass. We've been fortunate to not have any maintenance issues.

    The community and place is great. Really hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. You have to leave a message 99% of the time and really hard to get a call back and maintenance is the same way. Also, was promised a pool and club house and i know things change but was never given anything instead. Rent has raised $250 in two years and really nothing has changed. Not sure what we are getting for money.

    Its quiet for the most part. I love our house but it lacks storage closets. It works great for our blended family. Don't like people walking their dogs through our back yard.

    Quite neighborhood friendly neighbors, it is hard sometimes to catch the office personal. But all is well. My privacy fence has not been fixed. It is just rigged up, thanks to my neighbor.

    You will not be disappointed. The area, the cleanliness, the girls in the office all wonderful. Only drawbacks are maintenance isn’t in a rush unless you call the office. Greg was the only one that completed maintenance but he moved. Hoping Melisa and Kayla stay, they are a breath of fresh air.

    Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Neighbors walk with their babies and children as well as their fur babies. Trash and recycling is picked up every week on a regular schedule. Mail is secured in lock boxes and delivered daily.

    House is great, maintenance and office staff are awful! Maintenance requests get ignored, office staff is never at the office and don’t answer the phone!

    I love everything about it. The staff members at the office are very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem to be nice and friendly. I love that their are children in our neighborhood that my nieces can play with when they come to visit.

    This community is in a very private location. Our neighborhood is clean and well kept and well maintained. Maintenance workers are nice if there is an issue with your home. Trash and recyclables are picked up every week without fail keeping the neighborhood clean and neat. Neighbors are friendly. There is plenty of room to walk on the sides around the community. Lightning of the streets and homes is excellent in the evening.
