The price is right for the value of the home which includes maintenance, a utility billing service that provides a reduced pricing schedule (my utility bills are lower than expected), and the community is friendly, walkable, and beautiful to live in. July 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe community and place is great. Really hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. You have to leave a message 99% of the time and really hard to get a call back and maintenance is the same way. Also, was promised a pool and club house and i know things change but was never given anything instead. Rent has raised $250 in two years and really nothing has changed.
