Very Bad Experience with Contractors and Office Staff

If you enjoy being woken up between 7-8 AM once a week by the sounds of leaf blowers, lawn mowers and weed wackers, this is the place for you. They also come on completely random days so you have no way to prepare for when you will be woken up and bothered the whole day if you work from home or have the day off. able to finish one neighborhood in a couple of hours, but here they take 6-8 hours. Since I work from home, I am here a lot and have personally witnessed these men doing nothing while their machines are running on dozens of occasions (for example, I have seen them driving powered-on lawn mowers back and forth in the parking lot over and over as well as pointing leaf blowers at literally nothing in the parking lot). Also, I do not understand why they are using leaf blowers throughout the entire year and not just in the fall when there are actually leaves on the ground. The landscapers at my last apartment complex only used leaf blowers in the fall. The landscapers here seem to have found the perfect place to take advantage of because the leasing office is completely incompetent and the employees there have almost never helped me with any issues I’ve had. They seem to struggle keeping employees because every time I’ve gone to the office recently, the person has said they are a temp and don’t know how to help me. One positive is that the maintenance crew is pretty good in my experience, but the apartments overall are overpriced for what you get (the "luxury" amenities are not that great).
