We love living at the elms. Everything is convenient and the staff are friendly. Work is done quickly and there is lots of parking for free. They do fun events.

I moved in a few months back and so far have nothing to complain about. My apartment is beautiful. The maintenance is quick and efficient and there is plenty of parking.

Location is amazing but what really makes this place stand out is the people. This team is caring and goes above and beyond to take care of any issue that arises. They truly make you feel cared for. If I was not moving out of the state I would have renewed here.

While I've only lived here for four months, it's been a great four months! George and Lisa in the office have been so helpful and have helped quickly resolve a few issues I have had while living here. It was such an easy leasing process and move-in was a breeze. The unit itself was immaculate when I moved in and I feel so comfortable and safe in my new apartment home. The community itself is clean, safe, and secure! I especially love that the community has a dog park which is super convenient as ...

Although I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues since I moved in, the maintenance team helped resolved the issue on the same day I submitted a service request. I can't speak highly enough about the maintenance/service team!
I've lived in several different complexes in the Northern Virginia area over the last seven years, and this is by far the best place I have lived!

Every one in the office has been so helpful. My maintenance request are responded to in a timely manner and the community is so clean. I take my dog regularly to the bark park and there are trails to walk through the community. I highly recommend!

To begin, I’d like to mention that the process of settlement here was so simple, thanks to the leasing team because they work efficiently with you. Second, if you’re looking for longer term residence, I would highly consider this, because all your preferred amenities are within the premises, so there isn’t any hassle on that end. On top of that, it’s a great neighbourhood.

I recently moved to The Elms at Oakton during the pandemic. The office team was great and answered all the questions I had. I placed a service request in the morning and it was completed the same day. I am very impressed with their customer service. The community grounds are well kept and there are lots of trails.
