    Nice place to live only if you don’t have any type of motor vehicle that you care about , because it will certainly be stolen and /or vandalized. We pay luxury rent prices but have zero security. Even low cost apartment communities have roving security patrols. My $80k vehicle was stolen from in front of my apartment. A few days later my neighbors wheels and tires were stolen off of his vehicle. Now this past Monday my window was busted out of my car and attempted theft of my vehicle AGAIN. I ...
    went to leasing office when my vehicle was stolen and asked if there were any cameras r because my vehicle was stolen. I was told no cameras and sorry. Leasing office response was to send out an email to residents telling us that vehicles are being vandalized and “MAKE SURE WE HAVE RENTERS AND AUTO INSURANCE”. Wow. Really?? Not we are installing surveillance cameras and hiring a security guard to patrol the property overnight , but just make sure we have insurance!! Leasing has a surveillance camera at the dumpster to make sure no one dumps trash illegally but no cameras for the security of the residents. I called today to speak to the property manager and I’ve yet to receive a call back from the “ meeting “ he has been in since this morning and it’s now 4pm. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.

  • My Oasis

    At the end of the day we all need a place that feels like home. When I first arrived at this community, I knew that I had found my place. My apartment is spacious and sunny, and I enjoyed the pool and grilling area in the Summer time. I am 15 minutes from work and never have any issues commuting.

  • Move in Was a Breeze

    December 2, 2020
    with the office being closed I was confused on how I was going to be able to pick up my keys. The office team made it so easy from start to finish. For the tour they had the apartment I was viewing already unlocked so I would not have to come in contact with anyone. On my move in day I dropped my money in the rent box and was able to pick my keys up from the Amazon hub shortly after. Again contactless!!!!! Big plus with the covid numbers back on the rise.

  • Perfect place for me!

    I can ride my bike to work and it is awesome that they offer a free storage shed for my bike. I can walk to convenience store and restaurants and close to mall and 295.

  • Nice places, convenient and clean

    I moved in last year and plan to stay for many years to come! Love the space and the big windows. The neighborhood is well kept up and the staff is friendly. I've met lots of nice pet owners at the dog park, and we also love having the Panera/Highs in walking distance.

  • Management Sucks

    Management (Andrew) gave us a price and told us the price would be valid for 30 days and to call and ask for Andrew in order to do the application process. We called 3 days later and were told that the quote they sent us (which went to the wrong email even though they verbally confirmed the correct email address) only lasted 2 days and they could not honor the price. The 2 days included a Saturday, which has limited office hours and Sunday where the office isn’t even open. We could not call on ...
    Saturday due to a family member passing and upon telling management, they gave no condolences and only said rules are rules and there are no exceptions, you should have called on Saturday even though you were dealing with a deal in the family.

  • Marijuana Smoking

    Marijuana smoking has been a ongoing issue for 2years at this community. Community expects that residents do detective work, contact law enforcement, rather than taking ownership of the problem and addressing it. Disrespectful residents smoke in their balconies, parking lots, and inside their units. They will then spray air to alleviate the smell. Community shows no urgency in moving these people out. I have spoken with the Property Manager and he shared that he has been communicating with you, has come with your wife to inspect the building, has sent emails to all residents in your building and even involved our courtesy officer in helping to detect the source of the problem with no luck. He also shared that he addressed the balcony smoker when that was occurring during one of these inspections.
