Worst ever
February 15, 2018I would not even consider this place. For the money you pay you can have a nice there bdrm home. Maintenance and management are very incompetent. Repairs have to be repaired. The place is drafty and full of black mold. their policy is to rig things instead of repairing them. And that came out the mouth of their maintenance team. They are not timely. Very forgetfull. And they always seems to point the blame at someone elase when it comes their short comings. The place looks like a throwback ...from the early sixties. The living conditions, management and maintenance make this an unpleasant place to live. Only thing i look forward to now is my lease being up or the first series of warm days so that i can move! Very cosy
July 27, 2015I recently moved in from out of town and I have too say I'm quite comfortable in the neighborhood. It's very quiet and very close to a lot of stores, restraunts, and theaters. The staff is very nice even from the first day I visited and is very responsive to my needs. When I needed repairs they had their matinence staff over the very next day and fixed my problems. I'm very happy I chose this apartment!Review from Apartments.com
