Laundry washer My washer stopped working and I put a work order, wherein the maintenance attended the issue following day . At first the washer wasn’t fix so the maintenance has to replace it with a new unit. Kudos to the team for an excellent job. Claudia always gave me a heads up of the work order request and with that I rate their service 5/5 . Thank you guys!

Parking I have been staying in this place for more than a year now. Before I don’t have any issues getting my car parked since we were provided with stickers giving residents priority with parking. Now I have a terrible issues parking since they took out the sticker making everyone park and taking residents parking spot. I would appreciate if every residents no matter how many rooms rented to have a designated parking area .

Modern units, responsive staff and great community living

Elysian at St Rose is a great community to live in. I have lived here for three years and I like the apartment units and the overall community and amenities. The bedrooms in the two bedroom units are very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely designed with lots of cabinet space, nice light fixtures, and updated counter tops and flooring. The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. All of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The common areas and ...
landscaping around the property are regularly well maintained. There are also opportunities for community events, which include family friendly activities. The staff will also send occasional emails with updates and reminders to residents, which I appreciate. It shows me that the staff is aware of what happens in the community and strives to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Additionally, they find ways to enhance your living. For example, since I've been living here, they've added recycle dumpsters, Pilates and yoga classes, and an Amazon locker for picking up packages after office hours. In terms of security, this is a gated community and I appreciate that the gates are always closed no matter the time of day. There is also a security guard present. Around the neighborhood, my neighbors are friendly and we greet each other. People are respectful and tend to keep to themselves, which I prefer. I've been here for three years and I've had the same neighbors and also see the same people and parked cars. I don't often see a lot of moving in/out, which I think says a lot about the ease and quality of living here. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Elysian at St Rose if you are interested in living in this area.

Quiet and safe with modern amenities

You can count on a quiet experience while you stay here. The unit we stayed in was modern with sufficient storage for a 1 bedroom. Security is present and clearly do their assigned detail each and every night. Brittany was a joy to have as a manager. She will always make time for you and all your concerns even if it means staying after posted business hours. Several community events were produced, all of them very fun and enjoyable.
