The best. A secret gem.
April 10, 2025I am posting this review everywhere I can, because I think so highly of this institution. Emerald Green is a secret gem that should be lauded, protected, and promoted. Glenwood is by far the best landlord I've ever had. They prioritize their tenants above all else. Every staff member at Emerald Green was an absolute joy to work with. Every doorman, every leasing agent, every maintenance technician. I am not sure the current ownership structure, but I have never seen a better example of a family ...owned business. Reggie, Sebastian, and all the doormen are spectacular. Not only as employees, but also as humans - they make living here a joy daily. Elena Vadan consistently goes above and beyond to ensure tenants are happy with their tenancy, and if you want to make changes, will bend over backwards to make it happen for you. My wife and I are deeply saddened by having to move out. I kind of think we will move back some day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
