August 11, 2015I have lived here for over a year and I truthfully do like this apartment complex. The ladies at the office are super nice. I think it is awesome that they will basically let you do whatever you want to your apartment while you are living therethere, but they do have some strict rules on what goes on your balcony which I feel are unfair. I do think they charge outrageous prices though so unless you are rich I wouldn't recommend it. Appearance shows promise, but disappoints in many areas
July 29, 2015Good value if you get in under a special deal (be prepared for new lease increase). Couple of nice things is they use a very nice carpet in the apartments, 9ft ceilings, decent windows, and good size rooms. They forgot to inform me that my garage fills with water every time it rains. Maint issues are often ignored(gutters, Outside lighting, compactor). Work orders seem to get lost, appliances and fixtures are low end. Their fix for cracked tile grout is to caulk it. Tub is sub-par.
