This apartment is going to be broken down and there will be no hope of getting repairs. The pool is never open don't count on that. The landlord is hardly in the office it seems like only once a month when rent is due. So if you want to charge your laundry card good luck. The landlord is curt and indifferent to your problems when you can find her. My advice is to keep looking for different apartments in the area.

If I could give give 0 stars, I would . I applied almost 2 months ago with a lady named Gloria. It seem great at 1st. Beautiful place. A Little runned down but that's ok. Well we gave her a blank money order and she seen I was busy with my 1 year old and trying to fill out the application when she asked for the money order for the credit check. I handed it her without realizing and she said don't worry I filled it out she said she made it out to Alpha Property management. We'll like a month goes ...
by and I haven't heard Nothing. I called Gloria back and asked her it's or credit check came back but she said no it didn't. Then a few days later she calls back and said we didn't clear but she couldn't tell me why She said we would be getting something in the mail and it's been another 2 weeks and still nothing. So I call again and she tells me that she will have them send it again so now it's another week and I still haven't received anything from their so called credit check. and on top of everything I called Alpha Management and they said they are not affiliated with them and they have to work on getting their logo removed from the listing she put up. So pretty much Gloria pocketed a 90 dollar money order. Good job you scammed a good clean quiet family that never did anything to deserve this.

Called for information on a two bedroom apartment. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. When the female rep came back on the line she asked me the same question she asked before she placed me on hold. She responded in a rude and unprofessional way. When I asked a second question about deposit amounts she didn’t say anything and hung up on me?!

We have lived here for 4 years now. The property was really bad until the manager Gloria came in. She is the nicest person and is always happy to help with any issues I have in my unit. She always greets my family and I with a smile and is always willing to help and listen to my concerns.

The entire complex is infested with cockroaches. None of the drains work properly and the doors have no weather stripping. Management refuses to address any maintenance requests unless Code Enforcement has been called. They also will give you a 30 day notice that rent has been increased by over a hundred dollars. There have been several managers since Kevin and they are all just as terrible...including the current one, Gloria.

I was recently evicted from this place not knowing I was even going through an eviction until I had a Sherrifs notice to vacate on my door! Kevin lied on the proof of service that he summoned me and he never did! Now I have a bs judgement and an eviction on a lie! The funny thing is I was dropping off my rent for 3 months and not one time did he inform me he couldn’t accept it. Even talked to him on several occasions about complaints and not a word about picking up my rent. Motivation? Paying ...
$400 under current market. Don’t expect to get any maintence done within 24 hours, you’re looking at more than a week to a year or never. Your neighbors? Most likely felons and drug dealers. Some of these neighbors will start blasting their music at 1 am on a Tuesday. They roll up their weed and smoke in common areas where your kids walk through. The night security will smoke weed with the tenants. The smoking tenants smoke their cancer sticks in common areas and also throw their butts all over the floor, courtyard and landscape. Definitely not a safe environment for family. You have been warned!!

the manager Kevin promised us an apartment that he had already promise to someone else, but told us it was ours since he hadn't heard from the guy in weeks. so we gave him a money order for $90 for the two of us and waited for a call but it never came and nether did our credit report. he has been avoiding us for almost a month now and won't take any of our calls. I'm sure he has done this before. we are very angry at this situation. please be careful with this guy.
