The apartment is acceptable, but the appliances are quite old, and the cabinets are sticky, requiring cleaning every other week. Regarding the property itself, we've had some unpleasant experiences. Our neighbors frequently argued loudly late at night, leading to one of them giving notice to move out. Additionally, our car was broken into, resulting in stolen items and everything being moved around.
As for the amenities, they are average. The gym is outdated, the pool was rarely open, and ...
maintenance work was done during the summer, so when it is opened we couldn't use. The spa has excessive chlorine levels.
The most problematic issue was the strong smell of marijuana from neighboring apartments, which permeated ours, making it unavoidable to inhale secondhand smoke.
While the maintenance team is proactive, they take around two days to address issues, and some problems, like the thermostat, remain unresolved. However, they are friendly and helpful.
I think the management is acceptable, but I find the pricing confusing, doesn't align with its quality.
