Dominick (property manager) is a really cool person, but did not show up to our scheduled tour on a day I took work off. There wasn’t any communication after waiting 30+ minutes and I had to meet on a weekend. I moved in a week ago and I’m VERY frustrated. I've had to put maintenance requests in EVERY SINGLE DAY. door did not lock, there is dust all over the tops of the cabinets and vents leading to allergies and the smell in my unit is SO bad that I can't get it out. Guests have commented on this too. I've tried candles and everything. I'm just upset and let down on this apartment. I did sign a 14 month lease and the first 5 days here have been problem after problem. I hope management would understand where I'm coming from, and what any of you would want for your first place on your own. I’m mad i even signed 14 months.
