January 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comEmpire has been a great space the last year. The building is always being cleaned, maintenance staff is extremely friendly and consistent with getting jobs done. The units are modern & updated and everything is in great working condition. Neighbors are respectful, quiet, and friendly when passing in the halls. I definitely recommend this complex for apartment living!
Good maintenance staff, but things are constantly breaking or not working
February 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comSince move-in day, had to have my toilet replaced (was not flushing properly) and leaky sink fixed. From time to time, there is no hot-water and the rooms/windows are not well insulated so it can be quite drafty in the winter. Although advertised as luxury apartments, they measure to be decent for the price of rent. The main positive experience has been the maintenance staff. They are friendly, hard working and respond to issues quickly and efficiently.
