If you want to live with unprofessional management, loud children with rude parents, sub-par amenities, stuffy apartments with awful water flow, abundant misinformation and a filthy building, this would be the place for you. Not to mention the re-occurring outbreaks of BEDBUGS that affected multiple units. After being forced to move out for fear of the health and safety of my pets and being "treated" not once, but two times over the year for the infestation, the incompetence was astounding. My ...
next-door neighbor even attested to throwing out her own furniture among other property lost. The MANAGER even had BEDBUGS in HIS OWN UNIT. Whatever cheap Home Depot bought chemicals he used were ineffective. We were cheated out of our deposit in the end, due to the lies of the scumbag landlord fed to us. This coward lead us on and couldn't even pick up the phone to have a conversation to inform or remedy the situation. After moving out, the management was unwilling to assist with unfinished business like picking up old mail. His excuse? We "never returned our keys". The pettiness is unacceptable. If you are thinking of living here, DO NOT. If you are currently living here, I am sorry. My boyfriend and I were loyal tenants for 2 years and I suggest you throughly examining your unit before you are scammed out of your deposit and possessions by evil, backwards people with no remorse or moral code.
