Broken AC It's going on 9 days that we have not had a working air conditioner. Most people would assume maintenance would go buy the parts needed to fix instead of ordering online or hire someone competent enough to do the job like a hvac company. Our daughter has severe allergies especially to ragweed and it gives her hives and I get breathing problem from ragweed. We have been left with a window ac unit that brings in air from outside and we have been struggling. No one is returning calls or ...

VERY ACCOMMODATING It took one call and they'd guys are here there next day. The maintenance men are very good. The rental office folks are super. We've been here almost 5 years. If it was problems for us we would have moved long ago. It feels like home!!!
