Management bad
August 29, 2020lived here for 6 months and the whole time my upstairs neighbor has been stomping I complained numerous of times and you know what management says they need to verify how can you verify something if it’s happening at6 in the morning and 9 at night smh. I live in a pet free building but yet I seen two people with dogs in my building. I’ve reached out to management they do nothing I sent emails and it’s not 3 weeks with no response I called the same day male answered the phone still have yet to ...get a call like I said that was three weeks agoProperty Manager Responded

BEWARE
April 11, 2019I have had black stuff coming out of my tub faucet for four months now. And little to nothing has been done to resolve it. When I first brought it to their attention They told me it was because I wasn’t cleaning my tub well enough. The problem continued so they changed the faucet. That didn’t work, so I told them and two weeks later they replaced the faucet again even though I told them they did that and it didn’t work. The people in the office have been extremely rude and condescending to me ...even questioned the legitimacy of my son being mine. Best apartments in Midlothian
February 1, 2019If you are looking for a nice set of apartments in Midlothian, that is 100% dog friendly look no further. I was here for 5 months (moving out Dec 2018) while my home was being built and the crew including the manager of the property Brittany worked with us to the fullest extent. The maintenance team worked any issues we had in less than 24 hours and when the AC went out, they came up and put a temporary unit due to having a 6 month old baby. Great staff, beautiful facilities, awesome location
December 7, 2018My husband and I have lived in Enclave Apartments for three months now and we absolutely love it! The complex is centrally located to all the amenities in Midlothian and is a short drive from Richmond without all the city traffic. Great place to call home
December 7, 2018That facilities are beautiful and situated next to a scenic park that is filled with trails and alive with families. The surrounding area is established yet growing quickly. The staff at Enclave is better than I have experienced anywhere else I’ve lived. Having moved 6 times in 4 years to 4 different states this is by far the best apartment complex we have found. September 27, 2016I moved into Enclave several months ago and I am extremely impressed with the leasing staff who go out of their way to not only meet your expectations but to exceed them. The apartment is very comfortable and now looks like home to me. This community is truly a "community" with staff hosting social events to encourage residents to meet each other. It has been a heartwarming experience from my first visit to now. The friendliness of staff does not end when one signs a lease (as is the case in ...many places). Their friendliness and professionalism continues on each day. I traveled to Portland, Oregon shortly after moving in and the leasing staff took care of my beloved pet. Not only did they take excellent care of her but they sent me a picture of her showing how contented she was. Where do you ever find this kind of thoughtfulness? Nowhere except at Enclave.
