Not worth it.
December 14, 2021Had a tour scheduled to see a unit at this complex, and was told we should have called ahead of time upon arrival as they had already rented the unit out. Completely understandable, but after walking in we were greeted by a young woman who I’m assuming was a leasing consultant. She offered no help and was unpleasant. She told us we could look at a unit they are renovating, and sent us up to the third floor to take a look. She did not accompany us, only told us the room number. The unit was a ...piece of drywall without a light or even a lamp to look around. It was disrespectful and unprofessional to send us up there like that. It definitely wasn’t heartbreaking, as the whole building smelled rotten and we were not a fan of the place once arriving. But aside from that, I would not recommend wasting your time driving to this place for a tour. If you’re looking for a welcoming community, this is not the place to go.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 29, 2019Whatever you do, do NOT MOVE HERE. You’re better off on Albany Ave in Hartford, on park street.. maybe even a BOX. These people will let you go without heat and WATER. Imagine waking up and you there’s no running water or you’re going to take a shower and nothing cold water is coming out. Don’t get me started on the towing company, they hired the most horrible company ever and they will tow you EVEN WITH A STICKER and then fight the tenants. The neighbors? Oh let’s discuss how they will verbally ...harass you, cuss you out & make you feel uncomfortable in your own home that you don’t even feel comfortable going there. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALL!Property Manager Responded

DONT EVEN BOTHERRRR
February 24, 2019Worst place to live. Over priced, gym was supposedly included but been under construction since I moved in in May 2018. Between 6am-12 there is NO WATER RUNNING excuse always is that they resting the boilers. Every day Closet doors always falling. Didn’t have heaters for 2 1/2 weeks constantly calling them and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Also it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with any one who works here or manages this.Property Manager Responded
