$75 Charge for trash

I received an email about a $75 charge for my trash that was left on the ground for valet trash to pick up. I went to the front office and they stated that it had to be in the trash container that they provided. The trash can is TOO SMALL for the trash to go in. On the weekends the trash is piled up on the ground by the trash compactor. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these apartments, they charge for EVERYTHING!!!

I've lived at Mira Lagos for the past 8 months and after going to a dozen properties this was the nicest in the area and I seemed to get the most for my money. I was wrong! Although the interior of the apartment is brand new and beautiful, might I add, the exterior is the complete opposite. This complex is infested with spiders. I've reached out countless times but they can't fix the issue. I've been bitten several times and I have a 5 month old son that I'm afraid will be bitten. They will send ...

pest control to spray and either the very next day or the same day the spiders will return. I'm not talking a little small spiders either. These are massive spiders! They are all on the railing of the stairs so you just have to run and hope for the best. After telling me they sprayed on a Thursday, I came home Friday and there was still a large spider right by my front door!
