March 28, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDon’t be fooled by the cheap upgrades. Property manager does not know how to deal with issues and never returns your calls. Also, too many conversions and super thin walls.
No Gas for Gas Stove
January 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe day before we moved in, the buildings gas was turned off. They made no attempt to warm us. We've been here for 6 months with no gas whatsoever and no way to cook. Honestly, management is horrible and could not care less about you. Also, Alexia (management) is a terrible person. Pray you never speak with them.
Lots of windows and closets
July 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comA studio plus alcove in the perfect location to GCS, midtown and all that is happening. Opening windows to inside courtyards, leave city sounds behind, windows in kitchen and bathroom as well. New kitchen appliances and counters, abundant walk in closets. Friendly doorman and attentive building staff make life easy. Have your cocktail parties on the roof with views of the river.
