Awful Experience—Avoid This Apartment Complex

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this apartment complex was so terrible that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, the entire rental process was a disaster. We were only shown a renovated showroom, which was in stark contrast to the unkempt, dirty apartment we were actually given. The carpets were stained, and it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or maintained.

making daily life incredibly inconvenient. Adding insult to injury, we had a mice infestation that was never adequately addressed despite our complaints.
The office staff were unhelpful and dishonest throughout our time there. They were evasive about the apartment’s condition during our tour and offered no solutions or compensation when issues arose. Our microwave and dishwasher were non-functional, and despite numerous requests for compensation, nothing was done.
Overall, the lack of proper maintenance, the misleading initial tour, and the poor customer service made this one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the hassle.
