Terrible Management
February 25, 2025Management has changed 4 different times since I’ve been here. I’ve started in these apartment for 2 years. After renewing my lease they changed for the last time and said they couldn’t find the lease I signed so a new one had to be made. They tried to increase my rent by $300 even though we were making the same amount of money. They barely complete work orders and buildings are always having problems with roaches.Review from Apartments.com
Would NOT Recommend
June 9, 2021Office is always closed. They just posted a note on the office door stating they are temporarily closed and to contact their sister property, Parkmeadows. You contact parkmeadows and their phone is staticky to where you can barely understand them. They claim they can’t see everything in our file because they are in another office. I’ve had work orders for almost 2 years that I reported December 2019. Again February 2020. Again summer 2020. Again 2021 multiple times. Again today. Somehow nobody ...knows what work orders I’m talking about. They schedule maintenance to fix issues and never come out. But have time to send letters for patio inspections! Emergency maintenance never answers as you are asked to leave a message and they never call back! The last 2 years this place has fallen apart! Would not recommend to anyone! Pay the extra money and find a decent house or more updated property with good property management!Property Manager Responded

Shake My Head
August 31, 2016These apartments are nice to look at but have bad break-ins. Work orders never get fixed . They have little kids send around important information about your apartment to you. Management team are rude and are never in the office . I had a bad molding problem and spider problem for quite some time now . After it rains roof leaks and storage room leaks , which creates mold. Not quick to get anything done but with late fees and payments. And even then the information they give is in not accurate. ...The kids here are loud and disrepectful . They send you over last minute information that you never know about until the last day of whatever they are doing . And even then the information on the paper is incorrect and if you call the telling what you see they claim the person on the paper does not work there anymore and that (You) are giving out worng information. I strongly suggest to stay away from the management and these apartments.Property Manager Responded

My Apartment!!
September 16, 2015My apartment complex is a wonderful place to stay. It has its pros and cons. The people there are wonderful its very peaceful. They are very spacey and nice. The bad thing about it is my A/C has been out for about a good 2 months I have put multiple work orders in and they still have not fixed it. I have a one year old daughter and its summer time. The temperature gets up to about 100 degrees and its about 85-90 degrees inside and when she gets hot its very hard to deal with her. When I turn it ...on it constantly runs and never cools down so when I get my light bill in the mail its 180 dollars and that is ridiculous. Before the A/C went out my bill was no more than 40 dollars. There is a big difference between the two. So I am currently looking for another apartment complex to live but they are very high in price. I am a full time student at South Plains College in the EMS program. If I were to get picked for this it would jhelp me big time. Its hard being a single parent.Property Manager Responded
