Berkeley City street parking is about $50/year and I'd say within a couple blocks, it's pretty easy to find parking. - Contracts are annually, but you're able to break it early if you find someone to replace you. It's location is pretty ideal, about a 5 min walk to RSF, 10 min to the UC Berkeley Campus, 15 min to Downtown Berkeley and 10 min to some restaurants during South Side. All in all, ideal place for broke college students. But, you will need to find alternative ways to cook/eat, since there isn't a kitchen!
