    Terrible property

    Rather pricey for the area. Management and maintenance are basically useless. They left us, on 2 separate occasions, for an entire weekend with a backed up kitchen sink. They do repairs/maintenance without proper permits and safety inspections. We had a roof leak for over 6 months that destroyed our brand new bedroom set. They didn't make adequate repairs until the city stepped in. Then they attempted to illegally evict us. We got an attorney and they never showed up to any court dates.
