Management does not care about you
December 27, 2023There has been an alarm going off in my building for an entire MONTH, yes, month, that I can hear from in my bedroom. Management has informed me that they cannot fix the problem or turn the alarm off and haven't told me when it will be fixed. This alarm started going off during my finals week and has woken me up multiple times. The last time it woke me up was 4am Monday morning. If you value your sanity, I would look somewhere else. This place is also very overpriced, don't waste your money.Property Manager Responded

Offensive rent increases
January 14, 2023We have lived here for two years now. The rent increases for existing tenants are offensive. $400+ per month. People are moving out faster than they’re moving in. Zero updates have been made since we’ve lived here, yet they’re taking people’s money left abd right.Property Manager Responded

New Property Management is wonderful!
April 19, 2022The new PM took over the same week we received our keys (3/18/22). They’re just THE BEST! We have been living in gated communities / high rises for over a decade, and Henry & his team are offering outstanding service! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
February 20, 2022We lived there for 1+ year and one day suddenly they increased my and other Tenants Rent by 25% without giving us 30 Days Notice, which was against the Rent Agreement and they them self violated it for some extra money. When we raised concern then only they shared Notice but didn't rolled back increased RENT amount and I had to Pay 25% Increased Rent that's was truly Unprofessional, Dishonest Management, AVOID this community. This place is not at all Luxury Living, When you call the office they ...hardly Reponses and peoples do not pickup after their Pets, Pond is total mess and its not gated community.Property Manager Responded

Rudest staff ever!
October 2, 2020Rudest leasing agent I have ever met. No other leasing office has ever haggled my partner and I as much as this place has. She not only lied about the application fee but refused to let my partner tour with me. Read the other reviews because this is not the first time they’ve been disrespectful and unprofessional.
