So much better

Now that Jon is the manager, things are much better. Of all the places I’ve lived he is the most profressional, helpful, and welcoming landlord. Seriously. Now all we need is upgraded apartments and appliances because it’s pretty old and run down, better maintenance and have the washer and dryers included in our rent then this would the best place I’ve ever lived.

I had looked for awhile and finally found the perfect apartment for me. The manager Jon has been the most helpful one. The grounds are clean and the apartment layout very comfortable. I enjoy walking to two shopping centers, the post office and the movie theatre complex. Excellent location!!!

Both apartment managers were very helpful and made the process very quick and easy. The exterior of the apartment buildings is very well kept and you can tell that great care is taken to keep it clean and looking up to date. The interior of the apartment was just as nice. The layouts flow nicely with lots of little extras that I didn't even think about when searching for an apartment. The staff were very friendly and approachable and answered any questions that I had.

We just moved in to Evergreen and are super happy we did. It was an easy transition and the staff was really helpful. The property is kept really clean, and the neighbors seem really nice. We love our apartment it has the perfect amount of room for our family. I was so happy about having the washer and dryer hookups in the apartment because I have a toddler and we needed that convience in an apartment. My husband love the work out room and sits in the sauna after a good work out. We are ...
