Is there a rating lower than one star?
March 9, 2023Honestly, there should be a negative star rating, because this apartment complex sadly does not even deserve one star. Our mom was a resident for thirteen years, and the residential units were poorly maintained and managed throughout most of that time period. Upon her death, our family thoroughly cleaned her apartment over and beyond what was required, but we were still charged additional cleaning fees because it wasn’t up to their standards…. even though most of the items that they were not ...satisfied with were ones that were needing to be fixed by them and had not been. The apartment unit was in need of major work and definitely needed to be renovated, but nothing was rarely taken care of by management while she continued to live there. I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone, as the management was less than caring and very inconsiderate. Except for just a small handful of staff that were pleasant and helpful, the overall management and supervision was one of the worst we have seen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
