Unsafe and no parking
October 15, 2021I’ve been here for 2 months and heard gunfire in the complex twice. Both times were followed by an fleet of police cars flying around the complex. There is never parking in the complex. You will have to talk minimum a quarter mile to get to your apartment. That coupled with the unsafe conditions make me very uneasy. The management is awful and unwilling to help with your problems. The place in under constant construction. I have pulled 3 nails out my my tired since moving in. Overall a terrible ...and overpriced complex.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2020This is undoubtedly one of the worst properties I have ever lived. Staff changes every 3 months, and similarly do not solve problems. Besides that. The pool is NEVER clean. When you go to complain they say the paint is green. The reality is that they don't have a company to clean the pool. they just throw chlorine. Horrible. Trash compactor is always broken. Many insects entering the apartments. You will only have problems here.. Please take other place. Unfortunately my contract goes ...untill October 2020 but I'm trying to get other place ASAPProperty Manager Responded

September 21, 2015Just moved in Tuscany Villas and the move in was a little stressful but I must say I can't complain because Paris and Brittany really took care of me an made my move worth it. I absolutely love my apartment an hope to be here until I purchase a house in a year. Located off Siegen lane market place, you are just minutes away from anything you could possibly want to do. It is perfect for anyone who prefers luxury, convenience, and to love the place they live. The grounds are kept beautifully, the staff is absolutely amazing, and they are pet friendly!
