Good staff, terribly thin walls
July 16, 2023I’ve been here before the name change as well as several management changes. The property itself is beautiful & great amenities. Michael (office staff) and maintenance guys are GREAT. However, most of the neighbors are inconsiderate and loud, the walls are incredibly thin. I was under the impression this complex was for working professionals (it used to be nice and quiet when it was Encino Trace) but unfortunately it’s becoming populated with college kids who throw loud parties and thus, I have ...decided to leave. Watch out for Renewal
March 14, 2022Property was pretty hastily put together to begin with. Says 'luxury' but the appliances definitely are not. Very cheap models of washer, dryer and fridge. You can tell they were saving a dollar. Also, watch out for the fees, trash valet $25/month. Not worth it. 7% mark-up on a lease renewal.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2022In my opinion, this community has a very good look but also very poor construction for the amount of rent that you pay. The gate that is not being fixed for more than a month now and had problems since we moved in in July 2021 is a good example. Once I asked from the community office how come I can not get in and other people can get in with their remote, I was told they are just lucky. Another example is when you walk around the house your dishes that are in the rack rattle. None of the carpet ...nails were pressed enough and we had to hammer them all to prevent the scratch on our feet.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2022There are some appliance issues that have happened, but the team at the front office genuinely cares and tries their best to fix it as quickly as they can and offer appropriate accommodations in the mean time.
