April 8, 2020I have had the best experience at this property. The management staff has been so helpful and easy to get a hold of. The apartment is just the right size and fully furnished which saved me a lot of time and energy. Utilities are also included, even wifi, which is amazing to not have to think about that. Buyer Beware
August 19, 2019I just moved to Philadelphia and signed a lease with this apartment out of state. I will start off by saying the apartment unit itself is nice, furnished with basic cable and high-speed internet. However, when I moved in 4 days ago, the apartment was extremely dirty everywhere. There was paint remnants all over the floor, the fridge was dirty, food left in the cabinets/oven drawer, and dirty underwear/socks left in the drawers. There is mold on the bathroom walls, garbage disposal doesn’t work ...and I have not had hot/warm water since moving in. The leasing agent, Yvette, came and cleaned the apartment herself because the maintenance guy was “unable” to. She did an okay job and promised to get the hot water fixed. It is still not fixed and I have not been able to get in contact with her, despite countless texts and voicemails. There’s also no elevator, not a big deal, but also not fun to deal with. There’s no leasing office, or management you can contact other than one person, Yvette. Not the finest experience. UPDATE: Since reporting the violation to the city, Yvette contacted me and said she “hoped to get it done today”. I hope to edit this review and say it was done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
