Community upkeep is poor!
September 21, 2024Renewed my lease for the second time because I love my apartment, my view, and I like the staff. However, common areas in the B building are NOT maintained and are borderline embarrassing... Filthy stained carpet on the first floor (which is a bad first impression for guests and residents alike), dirty planks on the second. The building might be 20 years old, but these are cleanable surfaces and should be cleaned/vacuumed regularly! FPI needs to do better...Review from Apartments.com
Bug Infestation + Broken Elevator
February 4, 2024I wish I could give 0 stars. The management is not attentive and does not seem to care about pests. We have had a bug infestation in our apartment since November and management has not gotten itself together to address the problem and call an exterminator in a timely manner. An exterminator was supposed to come on January 10 (which is too late since the problem started Thanksgiving), and the exterminator never came. I have bugs all over all of my clothes in my closet. The bugs are coming out of ...the woodwork. Also, the elevator in the building rarely works. Additionally, the parking service changed from the City to a private company, which has been a nightmare because pricing increased without notice.
